In the 46 years I have worked in the parts world, Chris Gonzales is the most responsive and professional parts person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes it personal when you order parts from him. We have seven different brands of cranes and he can find parts for all of them. Older canes that parts are hard to find, he is my first call. He answes his phone 24/7 ...few people can say that. I hope he stays in the parts world for a long time. we need parts people like him.

We use this company to get parts for all of our different cranes. They are helpful and responsive. We have four different cranes of different years and they are always a good source for parts as well as different options available.
